We are located in the beautiful Northwest, in Portland, Oregon. Portland has long been considered the main sustainablity-thinking community in the United States whereby, Recycling and Composting is common place thinking.

How long has Earth-Centric, LLC been in Business?

Earth-Centric, LLC was registered as a separate Oregon Limited Liability Company on April 16th, 2008 after running as a DBA under The TaJ Group, Inc., an Oregon Corporation since November 2001.

Does Earth-Centric, LLC carry every biodegradable food service product available?

Although we are confident that we have the widest selection of biodegradable food service products available, we do not claim that we carry every biodegradable food service product that is made. . We try to keep up with all of the latest innovations and we are open to carrying any product that meets our product qualifications.

How can I invest in Earth-Centric, LLC?

Shipping & Order Tracking

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped out? When will I receive my order?

All Sleeve and 100, 50, & 25 Pack orders are processed for shipping out within 1-3 business days. All Carton & Case orders are processed for shipping out within 3-5 business days.  The delivery time depends on what method or carrier your order is  being shipped. Within the Continental United States, USPS Priority Mail shipping takes about 2-3 business days and UPS Ground shipping can be approxamately 5-7 business days for most deliveries.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada/Mexico can take additional business days for deliveries.

How do I track my order?

You will receive your USPS Delivery Confirmation number or your UPS tracking number within 1-5 business days of your order. Your tracking number will come in an email from either Paypal or our customer service representative at Earth-Centric.

Will you ship my order using my company’s UPS, FedEx or DHL account number?

We cannot ship using your company’s FedEx or DHL account number. However, we can ship using your company’s UPS account number. To have this done, please enter your UPS account number in the COMMENTS field of the order processing screen.

Billing Questions  

How do I setup a direct-billing account?

We only offer direct-billing accounts for companies who have completed our Credit Application and have been approved.  If you’re interested in filling out our credit application, email us at info@Earth-Centric.com or please call us at (877) 281-0307 or (503) 281-0307 and ask to speak to customer service. Processing your credit application may take up to 2-3 weeks.
